About the question "Why is this censored?".
"indecent materials" (porn) made or distributed in Japan has to have the genitalia censored (pixelated) under article 175 of the Criminal Code of Japan. Its not a marketing trick as there is rarely an uncensored version of the censored material. However there is an underground industry that produces and distributes uncensored porn.

Japanese porn is, and will be censored. Live with it. Their porn is still hotter then ours.
